1. Contract conclusion/option for correction
The customer's order represents an offer. A contract only comes into being after our acceptance. The customer is advised of our acceptance via email. Ordering is only possible if all required fields marked with * are completed in the order form. If any information is missing or we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason, the customer shall receive an error message. Prior to final dispatch of the order, the customer shall have the opportunity to correct his order. The customer shall receive detailed supporting information directly during the ordering process.
As soon as the order process is concluded, the customer shall be informed about this via an info window with the message “Your order is complete and was successfully sent to us”. This still does not constitute acceptance of the customer offer on our part.
2. Receipt confirmation
When the order has reached us, the customer shall be advised on the receipt of his order via the email address provided by him. This communication still does not constitute acceptance of the customer offer on our part.
3. Customer commitment to his offer
The customer shall be bound by his order 2 days after receipt of this order. The statutory right of cancellation (right of withdrawal) shall remain unaffected.
4. Contract data retention
The contract of sale shall be stored by us and may be retrieved in the customer account.
5. Contract language
The language of the contract shall be English.
6. Destination country
Our offer is only intended for customers with their place of residence or with a habitual place of abode within the European Union.
7. Limitation of buyer group
Our offer is exclusively directed to private persons. Dutch VAT rate of 21% will be billed on all orders.
8. Pricing and shipping costs
All prices are quoted in full. They include all taxes including value added tax and fees but excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs may be found in our shipping cost overview.
9. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods/credit cards:

10. Due date
If no other payment method has been agreed, the customer is obliged to pay the purchase price in full right at the time of contract conclusion. The goods shall only be delivered after receipt of the amount in our bank account.
11. Right of withdrawal/right of cancellation
The term commonly used in The Netherlands of “right of withdrawal” corresponds to the term commonly used in Germany and in the consumer rights directive of “right of cancellation”. Therefore, we shall use both synonymous terms “right of cancellation (right of withdrawal)”. In the notice of cancellation, only the term “right of cancellation” shall be used. This has the same meaning as in The Netherlands use term of “right of withdrawal”. Details may be found in the notice of cancellation.
12. Note on statutory warranty
The provisions on statutory warranty are applicable. The statutory warranty period for the supply of movable goods shall be 2 years from handover of the goods.
13. Customer service/warranty
Complaints based on statutory warranty claims or other grievances may be addressed to the contact points specified in the legal notice on the website.
14. Guarantee
We do not offer our own guarantee beyond the statutory warranty.
15. Delivery times
Unless otherwise agreed, we shall deliver within 2-5 working days after contract conclusion has been confirmed.
16. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods shall remain our property until payment is made in full.
17. Effect of the reservation of proprietary rights
If payment is delayed by the customer, we are authorised to assert our entitlement under reservation of proprietary rights. It is agreed that when asserting the reservation of proprietary rights, the contract may not be cancelled unless we expressly declare withdrawal from the contract.
18. Data processing
The customer shall agree to the following personal data being stored for future visits to the online shop, namely
- Name
- Sex
- Date of birth
- Street
- House number
- Postcode
- Town/city
- Telephone
- Order details
19. Use of cookies
We point out that the IP data of the user, as well as the name and address of the purchaser, will be stored as cookies for the purpose of simplifying the purchase process and for subsequent contract processing for the operator of the online shop. There is no transfer of data to third parties.
20. Declaration of consent to receive advertising emails
If the customer has ticked the box as part of the ordering process, he has agreed to subscribe to news from our company regarding our products, current offers and other company-related information via advertising emails, in particular newsletters.
21. Unsubscribing from advertising emails
The customer may revoke his consent to subscribe to such emails at any time.
